Train with Arise – Worship Dance for Beginners

Learn about the fundamentals of worship dance with hands on teaching that is beginner friendly and encouraging. This workshop is developed for those ready to build their dance vocabulary and learn how to train their body for dance ministry. Open to ages 13 and up, youth must have an adult chaperone on site the entire time. Cost is $40 / person. In person workshop only – Cary, NC.

Train with Arise – Worship Flags for Beginners

Worship flags are an excellent option to take your worship to the next level whether you are in public ministry or worshiping at home. This workshop is for anyone with no experience using flags or those looking to get a refresher on flag basics. Participants will receive biblical based teaching about the significance of worship flags, color meaning, types of flags and hands on teaching of basic movements and choreography. Open to ages 13 and up, youth must have an adult chaperone on site the entire time. Cost is $40 / person. In person workshop only – Cary, NC.

Worship Dance Sundays

Worship Dance Sundays is a first of its kind pop up dance class from Arise Dance Ministry. The classes are free and will be held in person and online. This class is great for anyone interested in learning how to incorporate movement into worship through dance. Current and former dancers are encouraged to attend. All skill levels are welcome.

Arise & Shine Mentorship Program

Join a virtual small group of dancers to be encouraged, mentored, and supported as you begin or continue your journey in worship dance. This group will be personally led by Christina Clark, Arise Dance Ministry Worship Leader and members of the Arise Dance Ministry team.
