Arise Dance Ministry exists to share God through Dance, Outreach, and Teaching. It is focused on helping people grow deeper in their relationship with God through movement.
The ministry is active in the Raleigh-Durham area of North Carolina with monthly pop-up worship dance classes called Worship Dance Sundays. Arise Dance Ministry also provides free YouTube Live classes and worship dance devotions on the ministry’s website.
The ministry is founded by Christina Clark, a passionate minister of praise and worship dance, mime and flag with 15 years experience as a worship leader, teacher and creator of worship garments and tools.
Christina has ministered in Ghana, has accepted opportunities to choreograph, facilitate training and led both adult and children’s dance ministries. She has ministered at several concerts, conferences, worship services and also teaches classes for all ages and skill levels.
Looking back, it amazes her how God’s hand has been on her life to find this special calling. First, by accepting Christ into her life, then by discovering dance ministry and developing all the skills needed – many of them self-taught and through guidance of the Holy Spirit.
Christina believes with God there are no limits and the more we trust Him with our gifts the more He will allow us to use them for His glory.
