Welcome to the Train with Arise  Worship Flags for Beginners Dance Workshop led by Christina Clark of Arise Dance Ministry!

Join us on Sat Mar 21 at 3:00PM -6:00PM at Graceful Expressions Dance Education for an exciting event where you can learn the art of worship flag dancing.

Please register early there is limited space available and plan to arrive on time as we will start at 3:05 PM.

Open to ages 13 and up, youth must have an adult chaperone on site the entire time.

The workshop will be 3 hours long with short breaks and Q&A. Below is an example of what you can expect:

• How to hold flags, poses, movements and rotations
• Learn dance choreography with flags
