Welcome to the Train with Arise Worship Dance for Beginners Dance Workshop led by Christina Clark of Arise Dance Ministry!
Join us on Sat Oct 10th at 3:00PM -6:00PM at Graceful Expressions Dance Education for an exciting event where you can learn the fundamentals of worship dance and leave with a better understanding of how to train your body and build your dance vocabulary.
Whether you’re a beginner or just looking to improve your skills, this workshop is perfect for you! Come and experience the joy of worship through movement and expression. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to connect with others and grow in your dance journey.
Please register early there is limited space available and plan to arrive on time as we will start at 3:05 PM.
Open to ages 13 and up, youth must have an adult chaperone on site the entire time.
The workshop will be 3 hours long with short breaks and Q&A. Each participant will receive a folder of resources.

How to Prepare
Wear loose, comfortable clothing that is easy to move in. Please avoid tight, revealing clothing.
Hair should be secure and away from face. Please avoid large or dangly jewelry.
Dance shoes, socks or bare feet. No street shoes allowed in studio.
Bring plenty of water. You will be moving a lot and we want you to stay hydrated.
If you need to change clothes – please come early.
