What will we be doing?
The class will be mostly dance. You will receive teaching as we go along and will get a chance to practice what you have learned at the end. The event is closed to the public, only registered participants are allowed in the room in order to make it a comfortable space to worship in. Each class will focus on different techniques, music and choreography. Below is an example of what you can expect:

Current and former dancers are encouraged to attend, especially if they are looking for a community-based group to dance with, desire to gain new skills, or want to get back into dancing without joining a church ministry team.
You do not need to have dance experience, but you should be physically able to participate in class. Modifications will be provided for those with physical limitations.
The event is generally for ages 16 and up, however if you have a child that is highly interested in worship dance and will remain with you the entire time, you can register for a Participant + Child (under age 16) ticket.
